Policy Statement
Prices are subject to change or correction without prior notice, and are based on the Toronto-Ottawa-Montreal corridor.
Minimum Order size: $300 in metropolitan areas; a $25 surcharge applies to smaller purchases. A $500 minimum applies to rural locations.
For Delivery outside the Corridor the following rates apply:
- Under $300 – Customer pays shipping (typically $45.00)
- $300 – $1000 – We split the shipping fees (typically $30.00 to client)
- Over $1000 within Ontario, Quebec and the Maritimes – Free shipping–where costs in our estimation are feasible.
Delivery charges apply to remote or further places–call and ask—we can get the best shipping rates possible.
New Customers: C.O.D. is required on orders during first 90 days; new clients must fill out our credit application form and receive acceptance.
Payment: Invoices are due within twenty days, and must be paid within thirty days to avoid interest charges of 2% / month.
Please Note: Your invoice is your statement. Formal statements are only sent for overdue accounts. Accounts not kept up will revert to C.O.D.
NSF cheques cost us time and money: a $25.00 fee is charged.
Returns: A restocking fee of 15 % applies to returned product in good condition; product must be returned within two weeks to receive credit, and the return must be accompanied by a Return Product form pre-authorized by our staff.
At Mountain Path the customer is nearly always right, and we guarantee all products within reasonable bounds–call us if you have questions.
